“Baccanti” (2025)
Emma Scarafiotti’s art film Baccanti addresses delicate and urgent themes of gender-based violence and discrimination, interspecies relationship and eco-feminist perspectives. Through choreography she aimed to give birth to a new hybrid femininity, unbound by stereotypes, reborn in alliance with the animal counterpart  The film it’s a trilogy that weaves together multiple languages: from dance to speculative scientific research, to narratives that imagine future worlds.
